Privacy Policy — SeriouslyDS

SeriouslyDS is a digital signage platform operated by Seriously Brands LLC ("we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use SeriouslyDS, and what we do with it.
What we collect
Account information. You sign in with your Google account. When you do, we receive and store your name and email address from Google. We do not receive your Google password.
Content you upload. Media files (images and video), and the names you give things — venues, screens, playlists, slideshows, and schedules.
Billing information. Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never seen or stored by our servers. We store a reference to your Stripe customer record and your subscription status.
Operational data. Logs of activity in your account (such as when content is created, changed, or deleted), screen check-in times, and technical diagnostics you run. We use standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to operate and secure the service.
What we don't collect
We don't use advertising trackers or third-party analytics. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for marketing. Cookies on SeriouslyDS are used for one thing: keeping you signed in.
Where your data lives
Your data is stored on our servers and in Google Cloud Storage, in the United States. Media you upload is served to the screens you pair; it is not public and is not indexed by search engines.
Who can see your data
Only members of your own workspace can see your workspace's content. Our platform administrators can access data when needed to operate the service, investigate a problem, or as required by law.
How long we keep it
Your data stays in your account as long as your account is active. Backups are kept on a rotating basis for disaster recovery. If you close your account or ask us to delete your data, we will delete it from active systems, and it will age out of backups on the normal rotation.
Deleting your data
Email sales@seriouslyds.com from your account's email address and ask. We'll delete your workspace and its content.
Children
SeriouslyDS is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the effective date. Meaningful changes will be flagged when you sign in.
