Privacy Policy — SeriouslyDS

SeriouslyDS is a digital signage platform operated by Seriously DS LLC ("we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use SeriouslyDS, and what we do with it.
What we collect
Requests you send us. When you ask for a demo or a free screen through our website, we collect what you enter: your name, work email, company, phone number, the best time to reach you, how many screens you have, and your message. We also record how you found us: the page you arrived on, the website that sent you, any campaign tags or ad click codes in the link you followed, and which button on our page you used to open the form. Our site holds those details in your browser tab until you close it (not in a cookie), so they're included if you send the form. We use this information to reply to you and to see which of our own marketing is working. We don't share or sell it. To have your request deleted, email sales@seriouslyds.com.
Account information. You sign in with your Google account. When you do, we receive and store your name and email address from Google. We do not receive your Google password.
Content you upload. Media files (images and video), and the names you give things — venues, screens, playlists, slideshows, and schedules.
Billing information. Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never seen or stored by our servers. We store a reference to your Stripe customer record and your subscription status.
Operational data. Logs of activity in your account (such as when content is created, changed, or deleted), screen check-in times, and technical diagnostics you run. We use standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to operate and secure the service. If the SeriouslyDS app hits an error in your browser, it sends a short error report to our own servers: the error message, where in our code it happened, the page it happened on (without the rest of the web address), the app version, and your browser's name and version. It never includes your name, email address or anything you typed, and it isn't sent to any third party. We keep error reports for 30 days, then delete them.
What we don't collect
We don't use advertising trackers or third-party analytics. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for marketing. Cookies on SeriouslyDS are used for one thing: keeping you signed in.
Where your data lives
Your data is stored on our servers and in Google Cloud Storage, in the United States. Media you upload is served to the screens you pair; it is not public and is not indexed by search engines.
Who can see your data
Only members of your own workspace can see your workspace's content. Our platform administrators can access data when needed to operate the service, investigate a problem, or as required by law.
Service providers. We use Google for sign-in, email, and file storage, and Stripe for payments.
How long we keep it
Your data stays in your account as long as your account is active. If you close your account or ask us to delete your data, we will delete it from active systems. When someone is removed from a workspace, we delete their name and email address from our active systems 90 days after removal, or sooner if they ask us at sales@seriouslyds.com, and we delete each entry in a workspace's activity log 90 days after it's recorded. We take routine backups of our database. Copies of deleted content can remain in our backups and storage history for a period after deletion.
Deleting your data
Email sales@seriouslyds.com from your account's email address and ask. We'll delete your workspace and its content.
Children
SeriouslyDS is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the effective date. We post the updated policy with a new effective date, and email your workspace's contact for meaningful changes.
